2 Registration Fee Invoice:

2.1 Domestic Guest:To invoice in advance, please fill the invoice information form with company name and tax number (in Chinese), invoicing item "Conference Fee".

Chinese participants will be provided the invoice and meeting notice for the registration fee. The invoice will be issued by the designated conference services provider, Harbin Mancheng Conference Service Co., Ltd (哈尔滨满程会展服务有限公司).

2.2 Foreing Guests:Receipt will be provided onsite, no need to fill out the invoice information form.
