The organizing committee has signed an agreement with Harbin Victories  Hotel (also served as the main venue) for special room rates.

Important Notes:

1. Participants who wish to book a room should click the "Hotel Reservation" button, choose their hotel and room type, and then confirm the submission to complete the reservation (accommodation fees are self-paid; no online payment is required upon submission. The hotel staff will verify your booking information with you in July and discuss the payment details for accommodation. Please stay tuned for the contact information of hotel staff, which will be posted on the website).

2. Rooms without a breakfast label include two breakfast servings (Note: Breakfast will be provided based on the actual number of registered guests, with a maximum of two servings).

Friendly Reminders:

1. Room availability is limited, so participants are encouraged to make reservations as early as possible. If sharing a room, please avoid selecting the same room multiple times. In the event of insufficient room availability, priority will be given to participants who have paid their registration fees in advance.

2. Participants must complete your registration (selecting your registration type will confirm your registration) before they can reserve a hotel room.
